Discipleship is vital in our relationship with God - we are followers of Jesus. Stronger groups meet every fortnight, currently in three venues. They provide a place of friendship and fun, but also prayer, encouragement and discipleship as together we discover more about Gods purpose for our lives.

The Bible describes the church as a body and as such every part is important and plays its part. The Bible is also clear that everyone is gifted by God and can make a unique contribution to the life of the church. Seeing people released into their God given service and ministry is great as together we serve the kingdom of God. Ministry Teams meet on a regular basis, but at least once a month and include:
Music Team We have a growing music team, with a good group of talented musicians. The team practices on a regular basis and serves the church during our corporate times of worship. |
Events and Hospitality Team which plans and organises events throughout the year. These are always welcoming and lots of fun. Check out the Events section for forthcoming activities. |
Guest Sunday Team During 2009 we have been running Guest Sunday meetings as an opportunity to invite family and friends. There is a group of people who plan and prepare these special events |
Welcoming & Stewarding Team provides a warm welcome to our church services and events as well as maintaining the upkeep of our church facilities. |
Care Team provides pastoral care to those who are ill and long-term housebound. Occasionally, practical care is given to people in the area who may be in need at a particular time. |
Children’s & Young People Team serves our children and youth with great enthusiasm and care, bringing ministry and help that equips them to grow in a knowledge of God’s love. There is more information about our Children’s and Youth Ministry just follow this link | |

There is a weekly prayer meeting held each Saturday morning through which we seek God for our lives, church and community. This is in addition to other regular prayer.
Once every four weeks we meet together for worship, prayer, intercession and teaching. These times are for people to receive healing or answers to prayer for whatever circumstances they find themselves in. We want the church to flourish and be encouraged as we walk with God and Together on Thursday is the place to be.

Coffee Time On the second Wednesday of each month there’s a chance to get together for coffee – or tea if you prefer, and simply chat, relax and enjoy friendship.
